On a warm sunny day in Saratoga, California, the Villa Montalvo Arts Center was exploding with decorated and ready for guests to witness Ross and Marissa’s Italian inspired wedding. A festive garden inspired color palette for the event was a powerful blend of corals, blushes, pops of reds and emerald green, which was incorporated into the floral arrangements, and the decor throughout the venue.
As the guests took their seats in the outdoor ceremony space, they were treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding gardens. All through the property were gorgeous architecture and hidden sculptures. The ceremony itself was a touching and personal affair, with the couple exchanging vows and rings amidst a sea of blooming flowers, with their pup, Mash, in tow.
After the ceremony, the guests made their way to the reception area for signature cocktails. Lavish decor surrounded the centerpiece water fountain. Interactive and playful elements such as handmade signage and a phone booth inviting guests to leave a loving message to the couple graced the party in pink. Champange and oysters coupled with outstanding cocktail hour goodies made its way around the courtyard as the sunset.
The courtyard had transformed into a verdant oasis with elegant touches of figs and honeycomb candles. The tables were adorned with lush centerpieces of roses, dahlias, and plenty of greenery.
As the evening wore on, the guests enjoyed dinner under the soft warmth of the heat lamps and the amber glow of candlelight. As the night drew cooler the the couple surprised everyone with a choreographed dance to their favorite song, which had everyone cheering and laughing along.
